Ben Cafferty

Chief-of-Staff

Ben Cafferty has served Presidents Stuart Hughes and Selina Meyer as Chief-of-Staff. Prior to that he was a sought-after crisis manager for leaders around the globe through Cafferty Associates, an international political consulting group. Before joining Congressman Ryan’s team, he was the Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Governmental Affairs for Uber. Cafferty is a graduate of Rutgers.

Kent Davison

Senior Advisor

Mr. Davison has had a distinguished career in public service beginning with a job as a measurer at the Bureau of Weights and Measures. His other key posts include working as an irregularities analyst for the US Postal Service Office of Investigations, a statistics manager for the Seattle Seahawks, and a senior strategist for President Stuart Hughes. Most recently, he was the campaign manager for President Selina Meyer. He holds an undergraduate and two graduate degrees from MIT in mathematics and musicology. When only 29 years old, he was named to Statistics magazines annual “30 under 30” list.

Olga Stepanovich

Director – Manchester Field Office

Olga Stepanovich brings more than 60 years of experience to her work as the director of Jonah’s Ryan’s crucially important Manchester field office. Having lived in the Manchester area for many years, she is intimately familiar with the issues that matter to the people of Manchester and the entire downstate and mid-state region. Previously, she worked in the same capacity for the late Congressman Harry Sherman and before that for his predecessor, the late Congressman Alvin Broadbane, and before that for his predecessor, the late Congressman Horace Moore, and before that for his predecessor, the late Congressman Clayton Spence, and so on. She is proficient in Microsoft Word and WordPerfect.

Olga Stepanovich

Director – Nashua Field Office

Olga Stepanovich brings more than 60 years of experience to her work as the director of Jonah’s Ryan’s crucially important Nashua field office. Having lived in the Nashua area for many years, she is intimately familiar with the issues that matter to the people of Nashua and the entire downstate and lower downstate region. Previously, she worked in the same capacity for the late Congressman Harry Sherman and before that for his predecessor, the late Congressman Alvin Broadbane, and before that for his predecessor, the late Congressman Horace Moore, and before that for his predecessor, the late Congressman Clayton Spence, and so on. She is proficient in Microsoft Word and WordPerfect.

Howard Brane

Director – Concord Field Office

Often jokingly called the “Brane” of the entire Ryan in-state operation, Howard Brane is a longtime fixture in the capitol city. For many years, he owned and operated “The Brane Pan,“ a beloved Concord watering hole, patronized by politicians and civil servants of both parties. When “the Pan” burned down in 2008, Brane was taken under the wing of New Hampshire political kingmaker Jeff Kane. Prior to heading up Ryan’s Concord office, he served on the State Liquor Licensing Board and as a safety inspector for the Department of Outdoor Recreation. Brane is a graduate of UNH’s Durham campus.

Olga Stepanovich

Deputy Director – Concord Field Office

Olga Stepanovich brings more than 60 years of experience to her work as the deputy director of Jonah’s Ryan’s crucially important Concord field office. Having lived in the Concord area for many years, she is intimately familiar with the issues that matter to the people of Concord and the entire upper mid-state and center-state region. Previously, she worked in the same capacity for the late Congressman Harry Sherman and before that for his predecessor, the late Congressman Alvin Broadbane, and before that for his predecessor, the late Congressman Horace Moore, and before that for his predecessor, the late Congressman Clayton Spence, and so on. She is proficient in Microsoft Word and WordPerfect.

Jordan Evans

Intern

Jordan Evans has been working for Jonah Ryan’s Manchester field office as a community-sponsored intern in conjunction with the “No Bad Kids” program, sponsored by the Third Chances Fund of the Central New Hampshire Youth Ex-Offender Post-Custodial Authority’s “No More Felonies” initiative. Jordan is grateful for the chance to spend his days in a positive, productive environment away from the influences and associates who contributed to poor choices he has made. His skills include very light typing and metalwork, and he enjoys working with industrial solvents and glues.

Mason Evans

Volunteer

Mason Evans, a retired police officer, has been working as an unpaid volunteer and intern coordinator in the Manchester field office. He especially enjoys closely supervising his son, Jordan. Among Mason’s duties are “generally keeping an eye on things,” and reminding people to always lock the petty cash drawer and not to leave alcohol, prescription medications, or solvents of any kind on their desks, in their cars, or in their unlocked homes.
